Before you start

Six weeks. Each week assumes you already know the CBT model and the cycle. The work is operational: rules, exposure, response prevention.

Middle weeks will feel worse before they feel better. That's the mechanism. Don't relax the rules during peak anxiety — that's exactly when the rules earn their existence.
